Located in northwest Seattle, the Blue Ridge neighborhood has a ton of historical charm.

Back in 1932, William Boeing, airplane builder and lumberman, purchased the land and built “The Castles” – 5 homes for Boeing executives. From there the neighborhood grew to be one of Seattle’s best real estate neighborhoods with plenty of outdoor activity options including Carkeek Park to the north and Golden Gardens Park to the south. Blue Ridge is bordered by the Puget Sound to the west and Crown Hill to the east.
