Ravenna is Seattle’s Crown Jewel, according to Seattle Met Magazine. Little pockets of shops, restaurants, and amenities makes Ravenna real estate highly accessible.

With parks, walkability, bikeability, and easy access to I-5 and the University of Washington, Ravenna is a great neighborhood. Residents take pride in the community they have built, which got its roots from a real estate developer who purchased the land in 1887 and named the area after the Italian town of Ravenna because of all the trees.
