Loyal Heights is a laid-back neighborhood in northwest Seattle offering residents a taste of urban life in a close-knit community.

Most real estate in the neighborhood were built before the 1960s – “mid-century modest” as I like to call them. You’ll find quaint bungalows lining the streets with apartments and condos as well. Popular neighborhood parks include Salmon Bay Park and Loyal Heights Park with a very active Loyal Heights Community Center. The neighborhood has a small commercial district at the intersection of NW 80th and 24th Avenue NW and includes the famous Larsen’s Danish Bakery! Yum!
