Wallingford is a charming neighborhood bordered by Green Lake to the north and Lake Union to the south. Close to downtown, convenient to the University of Washington, and an abundance of Craftsman style homes, it’s a cool part of Seattle real estate! My favorite neighborhood feature is Gas Works Park.
